Better day?

So this worked much better! Who knows?
Natalie and I went to Target tonight at 9:30. The girls were still awake because we had our first kinship group and Maggie really begged to go. Usually I can totally resist her sweet little face, but for some reason she seemed especially poignant. Bad idea. The first thing she said in Target (loudly) was, "Mommy are we going to steal these hair things?!!!" "HAHAHA, honey, that's ridiculous" I said, my eyes darting nervously around to make sure that there wasn't a store manager or security guard approaching. We had a little talk about how stealing was wrong and you could go to jail and I thought we were through for the night, but alas it gets 10,000 times worse... Maggie and I waited at the front of the store for Natalie to finish checking out, when Maggie pops her little thumb out of her mouth, looks at it in abject horror and yells, "Mommy, my thumb has PRIVATE on it!!!!" I did not walk, but ran out the door.
